Due to numerous requests for an extension, the submission deadline has been exceptionally postponed to 6 March 2023 at 12.00 CET.
Paper preparation
The authors are welcome to participate in the conference by sending their work in one of the PP-RAI 2023 thematic tracks. The authors decide on the form of submissions:
Paper
Papers must show the scientific results, be original, may not have been published elsewhere. Papers will be reviewed and the Conference Programme Committee will decide on their inclusion in the conference proceedings.
Abstract
Abstracts cater to researchers who can only publish in specific journals or their work cannot be published currently or at all, but still want to present their work and discuss it during PP-RAI 2023. The submitted abstracts will not be published anywhere, the submission of abstract is only necessary for the acceptance of the poster at the conference.
Papers and abstracts must be prepared as described below and submitted in PDF form through the PP-RAI conference online submission system.
Papers and abstracts must be prepared using the conference template (latex), with the length limit of:
- papers – 4-6 pages
- abstracts – 1-2 pages
Review process and its results
All submitted papers and abstracts will be reviewed.
Papers and abstracts may be rejected without being sent to the reviewers if they do not comply with the required format, length or if they do not lie within the scope of the conference.
After the paper has been reviewed, the result may be:
Revision
You must revise the paper and upload a new PDF version of the paper. When this has been accepted you will be asked for the publication files.
Accepted
Paper - Your paper has been accepted without the need for changes. You now need to upload the publication files - source files and pdf file, together with signed pdf file with declaration of authorship.
Abstract - In case of submitted abstract, you can update details of your submission and you don't need to upload your source files
Rejected
Your paper is unsuitable for the conference.
Posters and final camera ready version
If you submitted a paper and it has been accepted please submit the final camera ready version of your paper (all the source files and pdf file) together with filled and signed declaration of authorship.
By default, all accepted submissions (both papers and abstracts) will be presented as a poster presentation, the maximum poster size is A0 (poster template B1). Only selected papers will be invited as an oral.
Conference presentation
All submissions must be presented by one of the authors, who must register for the conference and pay the fee. Authors who submit multiple papers or abstracts will be required to pay a separate fee for each submitted paper..
Post-conference publications
After the conference, accepted papers will be published (unless the authors have not agreed) in an online version of the Conference proceedings (Lodz University of Technology monograph series).
The best papers will be invited and recommended to extend their contributions to internationally recognized journals.
