Paper submission

Paper submission final:

12:00 (CET)

Due to numerous requests for an extension, the submission deadline has been exceptionally postponed to 6 March 2023 at 12.00 CET.

Paper preparation

The authors are welcome to participate in the conference by sending their work in one of the PP-RAI 2023 thematic tracks. The authors decide on the form of submissions:

Papers must show the scientific results, be original, may not have been published elsewhere. Papers will be reviewed and the Conference Programme Committee will decide on their inclusion in the conference proceedings.

Abstracts cater to researchers who can only publish in specific journals or their work cannot be published currently or at all, but still want to present their work and discuss it during PP-RAI 2023. The submitted abstracts will not be published anywhere, the submission of abstract is only necessary for the acceptance of the poster at the conference.

Papers and abstracts must be prepared as described below and submitted in PDF form through the PP-RAI conference online submission system.

Papers and abstracts must be prepared using the conference template (latex), with the length limit of:

  • papers – 4-6 pages
  • abstracts – 1-2 pages

Review process and its results
