Registration & payment

Each conference participant must register for the conference and pay the registration fee. One registration per person is required, regardless of the number of accepted papers. Participants without an accepted paper must also register and pay the registration fee.

To complete your registration and make a payment for the conference you must follow the steps below:

  • create your account
  • log in and choose the conference participation option,
  • finalise your payment (registration fee&other orders),
  • after making a payment you will receive an invoice by an email.

Participation in the conference is possible upon payment of the conference fee, which covers:

  • access to all conference presentations,
  • conference materials,
  • welcome Reception & Gala Dinner,
  • lunches & coffee breaks,
  • publication of one article in the conference materials and its presentation during the conference,
  • tour of the Silesian Museum with a guide.

METHODS OF PAYMENTS:

  • Credit card (online payment )
  • ​​​​Bank transfer (bank details are sent by email upon booking). Please indicate your name and  transaction number (TID) on your bank transfer.

Proforma invoice is sent after your order. Once payment is completed, the invoice is issued and sent by email.

All additional charges and fees associated with the bank transfer have to be covered by the payee.


CANCELLATION

  • ​​​​​Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing and sent to mail: pp-rai2025@us.edu.pl
  • Please quote your transaction number (ID). Transaction number (ID) will be allocated during the reservation process.

REFUNDS

  • Cancellation till 07.03.2025 the whole payment will be refunded, minus a handling charge of PLN 50,
  • Cancellation between 08.03.2025 – 31.03.2025 – 50% of paid amount will be refunded minus a handling charge of  PLN 50,
  • Cancellation after 1.04.2025 – no refund will be made.
