As PP-RAI 2026 approaches, we would like to share important organisational information for all participants presenting their work during the conference. We sincerely thank all authors for their contribution and commitment, and we look forward to welcoming you to Kraków.

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation is scheduled as follows:

• 15 minutes for the presentation
• 5 minutes for questions and discussion

Presenters are kindly requested to bring their presentation on a USB drive and/or have it available on their own laptop as a backup.

Poster Presentations

Authors presenting posters are kindly asked to prepare them according to the following guidelines:

• Format: A0
• Orientation: portrait (recommended)
• Optionally, you can add the conference logo to the corner of the poster. You can download it in SVG or PNG formats.
