We would like to inform all prospective authors that the submission deadline for all tracks has been extended by one week. The original deadline of 27 February has been moved to 6 March.

This decision follows a technical malfunction in the Microsoft CMT submission system on the final day of submissions. Several users reported that it was impossible to register new accounts. When attempting to complete the registration form, the system consistently displayed an error message indicating incorrect CAPTCHA input, regardless of the code entered. In addition, a parallel issue affected the dispatch of verification emails, preventing successful account activation.

As a result, some authors were unable to complete their submissions despite timely attempts. To ensure fairness and equal opportunity for all contributors, the Organising Committee has approved the extension until 6 March.

We would like to express our sincere appreciation to all authors who submitted their papers ahead of the original deadline. As previously communicated, early submissions will benefit from earlier beginning of the review process. These authors will receive peer-review decisions earlier and will therefore have priority access to early registration while the conference fee remains at its reduced rate.

Please note that registration fees will increase closer to the conference date. We strongly encourage accepted authors to take advantage of the lower fee period and complete their registration promptly upon receiving notification.
